   P.R.I.D.E. Campaign                            

The Retention/Recruitment Committee had developed a formal  program related to the agency values:  PRIDE – or personal growth, responsiveness, inclusion, dignity and excellence.  This will be a formalized way of recognizing those staff that embody the values that we aspire to achieve.  These “special acknowledgements” will come in certificate form for job performance that goes above and beyond the duties, as outlined in the job description.                            

When a staff member has earned 5 certificates, he or she will be presented with a special commemorative JRC P.R.I.D.E. Coin.
