Production Unlimited
Production Unlimited provides vocational training opportunities to persons with disabilities. Participants take pride in knowing that their work is meaningful and makes a difference. Along with bench assembly, and packaging, participants also manufacture three ring binders for local, state and federal government use, equipment folders for the military, tag markers for the government and exam booklets for various colleges and universities.
Production Unlimited enables persons with disabilities the opportunity to achieve their potential through increased independence and preparation to work in the community. This is achieved by having integrated work training sites within the local community. These sites include the Club House Restaurant, Harbor Market, LaFargeville Market, Just n’ Case, the Jefferson County Building and the County Human Services Building. These integrated work settings assist participants with gaining appropriate work skills, attitudes and behaviors and instills in them a proper work ethic and the confidence they need to prepare them to be referred to Career Connections for supported employment services with the goal being competitive employment in the community.
